Summary
The Tampa and St. Petersburg offices of Epstein Becker & Green are seeking an associate attorney to join the Firm’s growing Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Firm’s attorneys based in Florida while collaborating with attorneys across the Firm’s national healthcare platform.
Position Overview
The associate will advise hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, physician organizations, life sciences companies, and other healthcare stakeholders on a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. The practice includes significant work involving healthcare transactions, academic medicine, clinical research, and the use and commercialization of health data.
The position is based in either Tampa or St. Petersburg, with the opportunity to work on matters nationally while helping to support and grow the Firm’s Florida healthcare practice.
